Tommy Haas Custom HEAD Racquet Giveaway
Presented by MatchPoint Impact Inc.
NO PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Tommy Haas Custom HEAD Racquet Giveaway (“Drawing”) is sponsored and administered by:

2. Eligibility
The Drawing is open to legal residents of the State of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Limit one eligible entry per person.
Officers, directors, board members, employees, contractors, volunteers, representatives, and other affiliates of MatchPoint Impact Inc., as well as their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Drawing Period
The Drawing begins on:
October 1, 2026
Entries must be received no later than:
November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time
Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter at no cost through the official MatchPoint Impact Givebutter campaign by selecting the FREE ENTRY — Tommy Haas Custom HEAD Racquet option and completing the required registration information.
No purchase, payment, donation, or contribution is required to enter or win.
Each eligible participant is limited to one entry.
Making a donation to MatchPoint Impact Inc. does not provide additional entries and does not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
Duplicate entries may be removed solely to enforce the one-entry-per-person limitation contained in these Official Rules.
5. Voluntary Donations
Participants may choose to make a voluntary charitable contribution to MatchPoint Impact Inc. through the campaign.
Contributions support MatchPoint Impact Inc.'s charitable mission but are not required to enter or win.
Suggested donation amounts may be displayed as part of the campaign. Whether an entrant contributes $0 or makes a voluntary contribution of any amount will have no effect on eligibility, number of entries, or odds of winning.
The Drawing will be conducted and the prize awarded regardless of the total amount of contributions received.
6. Prize
One eligible entrant will receive:
One Tommy Haas Custom-Built HEAD Tennis Racquet
The racquet was provided to MatchPoint Impact Inc. by Tommy Haas and features a photo of Tommy Haas incorporated into the grip.
Approximate Retail Value: $950
The prize is offered as described. No cash alternative or substitution by the winner will be provided.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, HEAD is not a sponsor or administrator of this Drawing.
7. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Drawing Period.

The prize will be awarded from MatchPoint Impact Inc. following verification of the winner's eligibility, with pickup or delivery coordinated directly with the verified winner.
The Drawing is not conditioned upon MatchPoint Impact Inc. reaching any fundraising goal, receiving any minimum amount of contributions, or receiving any minimum number of entries.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Every eligible participant is limited to one entry.
Making a donation does not increase an entrant's odds of winning.
9. Winner Notification and Claim Period
The selected winner will be promptly notified using the contact information and mailing address supplied with the entry.
MatchPoint Impact Inc. may contact the selected winner by email, telephone, and/or mail.
The selected winner must respond and claim the prize no later than December 8, 2026, seven calendar days following the Drawing.
If the selected entrant is determined to be ineligible or fails to claim the prize within the required period, MatchPoint Impact Inc. may select an alternate eligible winner through another random drawing, consistent with these Official Rules and applicable law.
10. Verification
Before awarding the prize, MatchPoint Impact Inc. may require reasonable verification of the selected winner's identity, age, Florida residency, and compliance with these Official Rules.
An entrant who does not satisfy the stated eligibility requirements will not be eligible to receive the prize.
11. Prize Delivery and Taxes
MatchPoint Impact Inc. will coordinate pickup or delivery of the prize directly with the verified winner.
Any federal, state, or local tax obligations associated with acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, MatchPoint Impact Inc. may ask the winner for permission to announce the winner's name and/or share photographs or content relating to the awarding of the prize.
Any separate publicity authorization will not affect an individual's eligibility to enter or win.
13. Drawing Integrity
MatchPoint Impact Inc. reserves the right to verify entries and enforce the eligibility requirements and one-entry-per-person limitation stated in these Official Rules.
MatchPoint Impact Inc. will not discriminate between entrants who make voluntary contributions and entrants who do not.
The Drawing will not be canceled based on the number of entries received or the amount of money raised, and the prize will be awarded regardless of voluntary contribution totals.
14. Social Media Disclaimer
This Drawing may be promoted through Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, this Drawing is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, HEAD, or any other social media platform or third party.
